You play a god, gaming against other gods in a celestial game of conquest. To win, you must help your chosen people take over the world and wipe out the vermin who worship that other god. Each god starts out with a single human, dumped into the middle of the wilderness. Sometimes there is inhabitable land in sight, sometimes not. To get win, you must change the landscape, creating flat land for your followers to build on. The more followers you have you have, the more powerful you will be, so take care of them. Build as fast as you can, because the other god is doing the same. When you have enough followers, you can make the leader of your people into a hero. He will then go around the land you have built, literally taking strength from the people into himself, and working his way toward the enemy. When he gets there, he will engage in holy warfare upon your enemy's people. He will burn; he will kill. And he won't stop until they're all dead... Or he is.

Vous incarnez un dieu et affrontez d’autres dieux dans un jeu de conquête céleste. Pour gagner, vous devez aider le peuple que vous avez choisi à conquérir le monde et à éliminer la vermine qui adore cet autre dieu. Chaque dieu commence avec un seul humain, jeté au milieu du désert. Parfois il y a des terres habitables en vue, parfois non. Pour gagner, vous devez changer le paysage, en créant un terrain plat sur lequel vos abonnés pourront construire. Plus vous avez de followers, plus vous serez puissant, alors prenez-en soin. Construisez aussi vite que possible, car l’autre dieu fait de même. Lorsque vous avez suffisamment de partisans, vous pouvez faire du chef de votre peuple un héros. Il parcourra ensuite le pays que vous avez construit, prenant littéralement la force du peuple en lui et se frayant un chemin vers l'ennemi. Une fois sur place, il s'engagera dans une guerre sainte contre le peuple de votre ennemi. Il brûlera ; il va tuer. Et il ne s'arrêtera pas tant qu'ils ne seront pas tous morts... Ou du moins, il l'est.

Interpreti un dio, giocando contro altri dei in un gioco di conquista celestiale. Per vincere, devi aiutare il tuo popolo eletto a conquistare il mondo e a spazzare via i parassiti che adorano quell'altro dio. Ogni dio inizia con un singolo essere umano, gettato nel mezzo del deserto. A volte c'è terra abitabile in vista, a volte no. Per vincere, devi cambiare il paesaggio, creando un terreno pianeggiante su cui i tuoi seguaci possano costruire. Più follower avrai, più potente sarai, quindi prenditi cura di loro. Costruisci più velocemente che puoi, perché l'altro dio sta facendo lo stesso. Quando avrai abbastanza seguaci, potrai trasformare il leader del tuo popolo in un eroe. Poi andrà in giro per la terra che hai costruito, letteralmente prendendo in sé la forza del popolo e facendosi strada verso il nemico. Quando arriverà lì, intraprenderà una guerra santa contro il popolo del tuo nemico. Brucerà; ucciderà. E non si fermerà finché non saranno tutti morti... O almeno lo è.
