The Legend of Zelda - Outlands

The thunderbird, a horrible guardian encountered by link in the great palace of zelda 2, has somehow survived and is out for revenge. Having lost the triforce of courage at the hands of its adversary, it has stolen the triforce of power and flown to the vast neighbor of hyrule, the outlands. In a world similar to yet completely different from zelda 1, link must track down the captured tetrarch fairies and, with their help, break open ganon's secret golden vault where the creature now resides. Link will face dangers and traps unlike anything ganon had ever devised. His adventure will span 18 new dungeons hidden within a completely unfamiliar terrain. Zelda herself will make appearances to help the hero, providing items and sage advice crucial to the new journey. Link has become very skilled in his familiar world of hyrule, but skill alone is his only advantage -- the land of the outlands is a beautiful yet deadly world bearing no resemblence to his own cherished kingdom.

Ayant perdu la triforce du courage aux mains de son adversaire, il a volé la triforce du pouvoir et s'est envolé vers le vaste voisin d'Hyrule, les Terres Lointaines. Dans un monde similaire à celui de Zelda 1, mais complètement différent, Link doit retrouver les fées tétrarques capturées et, avec leur aide, ouvrir le coffre-fort doré secret de Ganon où réside désormais la créature. Link fera face à des dangers et à des pièges contrairement à tout ce que Ganon avait jamais imaginé. Son aventure s'étendra sur 18 nouveaux donjons cachés dans un terrain totalement inconnu. Zelda elle-même fera des apparitions pour aider le héros, en lui fournissant des objets et des conseils avisés cruciaux pour le nouveau voyage. Link est devenu très compétent dans son monde familier d'Hyrule, mais la compétence seule est son seul avantage : le pays des Terres Lointaines est un monde magnifique mais mortel qui ne ressemble en rien à son propre royaume chéri.
