Mario vs. Donkey kong 2: march of the minis is an action/puzzle game where the object is to bring as many mini-marios to the exit door as possible by solving the puzzle. All the puzzles are fairly small and take up anywhere from one screen to four screens (2x2) in size. All the mini-marios that are collected in each room are then used in the donkey kong boss battle at the end of the world. All of the control is done with the stylus; no buttons are used at all.

Tous les puzzles sont assez petits et occupent une taille allant d'un écran à quatre écrans (2x2). Tous les mini-mario collectés dans chaque pièce sont ensuite utilisés dans la bataille contre le boss de Donkey Kong à la fin du monde. Tout le contrôle se fait avec le stylet ; aucun bouton n’est utilisé du tout.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: La Marcia dei Minimario è un gioco di azione/puzzle in cui l'obiettivo è portare il maggior numero possibile di minimario alla porta di uscita risolvendo il puzzle. Tutti i puzzle sono abbastanza piccoli e occupano da uno a quattro schermi (2x2) di dimensioni. Tutti i mini-mario raccolti in ogni stanza verranno poi utilizzati nella battaglia contro il boss di Donkey Kong alla fine del mondo. Tutto il controllo viene eseguito con lo stilo; non viene utilizzato alcun pulsante.
