Eternal Champions

From various time periods of past, present and future, nine fighters killed in an unjust manner find themselves given a second chance for life. An alien being, known only as the eternal champion, brings back the fighters into a competition for one reason: to find one among them worthy of being resurrected, giving them a chance to avert their death and tip the balance between good and evil. The fighters range from different eras of earth's history: larcen, the cat burglar. Jetta, the circus acrobat. Blade, the futuristic bounty hunter. Midknight, the vampiric bio-chemist. Rax, the cyborg. Shadow, the corporate assassin. Slash, the neanderthal. Trident, a atlantean warrior. And xavier, a warlock and alchemist.

Issus de diverses périodes du passé, du présent et du futur, neuf combattants tués de manière injuste se voient offrir une seconde chance dans la vie. Un être extraterrestre, connu uniquement sous le nom de champion éternel, ramène les combattants dans une compétition pour une seule raison : en trouver un parmi eux digne d'être ressuscité, leur donnant une chance d'éviter leur mort et de faire pencher la balance entre le bien et le mal. In diversi periodi di tempo passati, presenti e futuri, nove combattenti uccisi in modo ingiusto si ritrovano ad avere una seconda possibilità di vita. Un essere alieno, conosciuto solo come il campione eterno, riporta i combattenti in una competizione per una ragione: trovare uno tra loro degno di essere resuscitato, dando loro la possibilità di scongiurare la morte e spostare l'equilibrio tra il bene e il male.
