Turkey Shoot

The year is 1989, one year after the great gobble blight which plagued the world. One-third of the earth's populace was transformed by the ailment. The side effect of the turkey transformation is a tendency toward violence and comradery between these turkeys to organize for rabble-rousing in the urban areas. In february of '89, a group of specially trained agents (the turkey terminators) was formed for the sole task of destroying the turkey menace... And so it begins. As a turkey terminator, the player is given 100 missions and 3 weapons to eliminate all the turkeys, leaving no 'left-overs'. He can take aim with his lethal laser gun using the position dot on the screen screen-shot to hone in on his enemies with deadly accuracy. He can launch a lit grenade to annihilate all the turkeys within range or he can activate his gobble button (available one time each mission) to freeze all the turkeys for an instant, making them 'sitting ducks'. Missions are varied and include reacting quickly to clever ploys such as turkey air raids, turkeys disguising themselves as businessmen and turkey helicopter get-aways. Every 8th round is a rapid-fire bonus wave where the player has 15 seconds to eliminate as many criminals as possible. Shooting fire hydrants and trash cans as well as freeing bystanders who have been taken hostage also score bonus points. Three 'fowl-ups' are allowed and occur whenever any turkey... A pilot turkey, boss turkey, cyborg turkey or thug turkey... Escapes or when an innocent bystander... A businessman, shopper or policeman... Is damaged.

Nous sommes en 1989, un an après le grand fléau qui a ravagé le monde. Un tiers de la population mondiale a été transformé par cette maladie. L'effet secondaire de la transformation des dindes est une tendance à la violence et à la camaraderie entre ces dindes pour s'organiser pour attiser la populace dans les zones urbaines. En février 1989, un groupe d'agents spécialement entraînés (les terminateurs de dinde) a été formé dans le seul but de détruire la menace dinde... Et ainsi de suite. En tant que terminateur de dinde, le joueur se voit confier 100 missions et 3 armes pour éliminer toutes les dindes, ne laissant aucun « reste ». Il peut viser avec son pistolet laser mortel en utilisant le point de position sur la capture d'écran pour cibler ses ennemis avec une précision mortelle. Il peut lancer une grenade allumée pour anéantir toutes les dindes à portée ou il peut activer son bouton gobble (disponible une fois par mission) pour geler toutes les dindes pendant un instant, ce qui en fait des « canards assis ». Les missions sont variées et incluent la réaction rapide à des stratagèmes astucieux tels que des raids aériens en Turquie, des dindes se déguisant en hommes d'affaires et des escapades en hélicoptère en Turquie. Chaque 8ème tour est une vague de bonus rapide où le joueur dispose de 15 secondes pour éliminer autant de criminels que possible. Tirer sur des bouches d'incendie et des poubelles ainsi que libérer des passants pris en otage rapportent également des points bonus. Trois « fowl-ups » sont autorisés et se produisent chaque fois qu'une dinde... Un dindon pilote, un dindon patron, un dindon cyborg ou un dindon voyou... s'échappe ou lorsqu'un passant innocent... Un homme d'affaires, un acheteur ou un policier... est endommagé.

L'anno è il 1989, un anno dopo la grande piaga del divoramento che ha afflitto il mondo. Un terzo della popolazione mondiale è stata trasformata dalla malattia. L’effetto collaterale della trasformazione dei tacchini è una tendenza alla violenza e al cameratismo tra questi tacchini per organizzare la rivolta nelle aree urbane. Nel febbraio dell'89, un gruppo di agenti appositamente addestrati (i Terminator Tacchini) venne formato con l'unico compito di distruggere la minaccia dei tacchini... E così comincia. In qualità di Terminator di tacchini, al giocatore vengono assegnate 100 missioni e 3 armi per eliminare tutti i tacchini, senza lasciare "avanzi". Può prendere la mira con la sua letale pistola laser utilizzando il punto di posizione sullo schermo per mirare ai suoi nemici con precisione mortale. Può lanciare una granata accesa per annientare tutti i tacchini nel suo raggio d'azione oppure può attivare il pulsante divoratore (disponibile una volta in ogni missione) per congelare tutti i tacchini per un istante, trasformandoli in "anatre sedute". Le missioni sono varie e includono la reazione rapida a stratagemmi intelligenti come i raid aerei dei tacchini, i tacchini che si travestono da uomini d'affari e le fughe dei tacchini in elicottero. Ogni 8 round c'è un'ondata bonus a fuoco rapido in cui il giocatore ha 15 secondi per eliminare quanti più criminali possibile. Anche sparare agli idranti e ai bidoni della spazzatura e liberare gli astanti presi in ostaggio fa guadagnare punti bonus. Sono consentiti tre "uccelli" che si verificano ogni volta che un tacchino... Un tacchino pilota, un tacchino boss, un tacchino cyborg o un tacchino delinquente... Fugge o quando un passante innocente... Un uomo d'affari, un acquirente o un poliziotto... Viene danneggiato.
