One year after defeating the evil crime syndicate led by mr. X, things have gone well for the city. But now mr. X has returned and as if things couldn't get any worse, he sent some of his goons to kidnap adam hunter. Now it's up to axel stone and blaze fielding to take the city back to it's good citizens, but this time they're not alone, because joining them is a pro wrestler who's a friend of axel called max thunder, and adam's little brother : eddie 'skate' hunter. These 4 will do their best to end the syndicate's new reign of terror, and bring peace to the streets of rage.

Un an après avoir vaincu le syndicat du crime maléfique dirigé par m. X, ça s'est bien passé pour la ville. Mais maintenant, M. X est de retour et comme si les choses ne pouvaient pas empirer, il a envoyé certains de ses sbires kidnapper Adam Hunter. C'est maintenant à Axel Stone et Blaze Fielding de ramener la ville à ses bons citoyens, mais cette fois, ils ne sont pas seuls, car les rejoindre est un lutteur professionnel qui est un ami d'Axel appelé Max Thunder, et le petit frère d'Adam : Eddie 'Skate' Hunter. Ces quatre-là feront de leur mieux pour mettre fin au nouveau règne de terreur du syndicat et ramener la paix dans les rues de la rage.
Un anno dopo aver sconfitto il malvagio sindacato criminale guidato da mr. X, le cose sono andate bene per la città. Ma ora il sig. X è tornato e, come se le cose non potessero andare peggio, ha mandato alcuni dei suoi scagnozzi a rapire Adam Hunter. Ora tocca ad Axel Stone e Blaze Fielding riportare la città ai suoi buoni cittadini, ma questa volta non sono soli, perché insieme a loro c'è un wrestler professionista amico di Axel chiamato Max Thunder, e il fratello minore di Adam: Eddie 'skate' Hunter. Questi 4 faranno del loro meglio per porre fine al nuovo regno di terrore del sindacato e riportare la pace nelle strade della rabbia.
