Bubble Bobble

Bubble bobble is the story of two humans, bub and bob who wander into the mysterious cave of monsters and magically turn into dinosaurs. The only way to transform back is to reach the end of the cave... Bubble bobble is a platform game, with each level being a single screen. The enemies must be cleared from a level to go to the next one. With one player controlling bub and the other controlling bob, the player can jump and collect items for points (such as fruit). The real power bub and bob have however is the ability to blow bubbles. These bubbles can be as platforms to leap on, or to trap enemies. Enemies trapped in a bubble must be popped by jumping into them, wherein they'll turn to fruit. Additionally, power-ups sometimes float by in bubbles. They include lightning, which flies out horizontally at enemies, and water, which drags the player and enemies straight down flowing over platforms. Taking too long to complete any level will summon baron von blubba, who will float around the screen trying to destroy the player.

Bubble Bobble est l'histoire de deux humains, Bub et Bob, qui errent dans la mystérieuse grotte des monstres et se transforment comme par magie en dinosaures. La seule façon de se retransformer est d'atteindre le fond de la grotte... Bubble bobble est un jeu de plateforme, chaque niveau étant un écran unique. Les ennemis doivent être éliminés d'un niveau pour passer au suivant. Avec un joueur contrôlant Bub et l'autre contrôlant Bob, le joueur peut sauter et collecter des objets pour des points (comme des fruits). Le véritable pouvoir de Bub et Bob est cependant la capacité de faire des bulles. Ces bulles peuvent servir de plates-formes sur lesquelles sauter ou piéger les ennemis. Les ennemis piégés dans une bulle doivent être détruits en sautant dedans, où ils se transformeront en fruits. De plus, les power-ups flottent parfois dans des bulles. Ils incluent la foudre, qui vole horizontalement sur les ennemis, et l'eau, qui entraîne le joueur et les ennemis vers le bas, coulant sur les plates-formes. Prendre trop de temps pour terminer un niveau invoquera le baron von Blubba, qui flottera autour de l'écran en essayant de détruire le joueur.

Bubble Bobble è la storia di due umani, Bub e Bob, che vagano nella misteriosa caverna dei mostri e si trasformano magicamente in dinosauri. L'unico modo per ritrasformarsi è raggiungere la fine della caverna... Bubble Bobble è un gioco platform, in cui ogni livello è un unico schermo. I nemici devono essere eliminati da un livello per passare a quello successivo. Con un giocatore che controlla bub e l'altro che controlla bob, il giocatore può saltare e raccogliere oggetti per guadagnare punti (come la frutta). Il vero potere che hanno i bambini è tuttavia la capacità di fare bolle. Queste bolle possono essere utilizzate come piattaforme su cui saltare o per intrappolare i nemici. I nemici intrappolati in una bolla devono essere fatti scoppiare saltandoci dentro, dove si trasformeranno in frutta. Inoltre, a volte i power-up fluttuano nelle bolle. Includono i fulmini, che volano orizzontalmente verso i nemici, e l'acqua, che trascina il giocatore e i nemici verso il basso scorrendo sulle piattaforme. Impiegare troppo tempo per completare qualsiasi livello evocherà il barone von blubba, che fluttuerà sullo schermo cercando di distruggere il giocatore.
